Cancellation Policy – Tables
• Cancellation up to 1 month before the event: full refund
• Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the event: 50% refund
• Less than 2 weeks before the event: no refund
All confirmed reservations imply acceptance of this policy.
Entry Policy
• Event strictly reserved for guests aged 18 and over
• Valid ID required (ID card, passport, or driver’s license)Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the venue’s entry conditions or house rules.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.
In the event that entry is refused at the door by management, tickets will be refunded within 3 business days.
